30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused products in their original packaging. Simply contact us with your order number and we'll arrange a return.

Installed Products

Products that have been professionally installed by us can be returned within 14 days if there is a manufacturing fault. Labour costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange products for a different model or size. Contact us and we'll arrange the swap.
