Sync Sonic offers fast, reliable delivery across the United Kingdom. We partner with Royal Mail and DPD to ensure your car audio equipment, dash cams, accessories, and security products arrive safely and on time. This page outlines our delivery options, costs, timeframes, and what to do if something goes wrong.
We offer the following delivery services for UK mainland orders:
We offer free standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked, 2-4 working days) on all orders totalling £100 or more before any discount codes are applied. This applies to UK mainland addresses only. Free delivery is automatically applied at checkout — no promo code required.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or over the weekend will be processed on the next working day. During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, and major sales events), processing times may extend by an additional 1-2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, and other remote postcodes may take an additional 1-3 working days beyond the standard timeframe. DPD Next Day and Saturday/Sunday delivery services may not be available in all remote areas. If your postcode falls outside the standard delivery zone, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the expected delivery timeframe and any additional charges.
Every order shipped by Sync Sonic includes a tracking number sent to your registered email address. You can track your delivery at any time using the carrier's tracking page (Royal Mail or DPD) or by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order number. If you have not received a tracking notification within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@syncsonic.store.
If you are not available to receive a delivery, the carrier will typically leave a notification card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot or pickup point. DPD also allows you to rearrange delivery to a different date, time, or neighbour via their app or website. If a parcel is returned to us after a failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. A redelivery charge may apply.
If your order arrives damaged or with items missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@syncsonic.store or call 07849 999 932. Please provide your order number and photographs of any damage to the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible — in most cases within 2 working days. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe and the tracking shows no recent updates, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
If you prefer to collect your order in person, you can choose "Click and Collect" at checkout. Orders are available for collection from our Bradford store (123 Leeds Road, BD3 9LU) or our Leeds store (456 Roundhay Road, LS8 2HU) during normal opening hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection, which is typically within a few hours of ordering for in-stock items.
